I've recently downloaded heroes after a recommendation from a friend (who also owns the game on mac but does not share my issue) and, after playing the tutorial, I was incredibly excited to get into some matches. However the message 'There is a problem with the download cache. Please restart and try again' consistently comes up despite the fact that I have restarted the game and used the 'scan and repair' feature numerous times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please note that I have met system requirements and have OSX sierra version 10.12.2 (which is above requirements) so requests to update my computer to the latest version will probably not result in much. Edit I've noticed that when using the scan and repair, it initialises an update before instantly saying that HOTS is playable even though the progress bar didn't move an inch and the error message still shows up.
